At Cerno Immigration, we prioritize your privacy. Our consultants collect specific credentials from individuals seeking immigration through various programs. We gather information via phone calls or face-to-face meetings to meet our applicants’ needs. Additionally, we adhere to a strict data protection policy, ensuring your credentials are secured at every level.

At Cerno Immigration we do not store, sell, share, rent, or lease any credit/debit card details or personally identifiable information to third parties. Our payment processing agent manages all payments, so we do not retain any personal or credit card information, except for payment details.

We keep all information, documents, and forms you provide to Cerno Immigration confidential. We do not share your information with others, except with third parties involved in the immigration process, such as government bodies, visa immigration departments, and case officers. We only collect your name, contact details, delivery details, and email address, all of which remain strictly confidential.

 

Refund Policy

You agree not to request a refund if you decide to terminate your agreement with our services and withdraw before Cerno Immigration submits your immigration and/or visa application.

Before making any purchase, confirm that you have read and understood all our terms and conditions.

Clients may cancel or withdraw the application at various stages without claiming a refund, even the day after signing the contract. Once you sign the agreement, we do not issue refunds because we provide all information and process details in good faith, adhering to the rules and regulations of the respective country.

People also agree to be responsible for any misrepresentation or fraudulent information on the application package, including:

  • Failing the medical examination;
  • Having a criminal record;
  • Not being proficient in English;
  • Inability to provide required documents (depending on the country and program);
  • Changes in criteria introduced by the respective government.

We do not issue refunds if the immigration office informs you that you do not qualify for the program applied with Cerno Immigration, except for these reasons:

  • Medical, security, or misrepresentation issues;
  • Insufficient information or funds;
  • Points lost due to language, education, or work experience issues;
  • Non-submission of required documents within the stipulated time;
  • Changes by the relevant government office that affect your case;
  • Non-cooperation from you or your dependents;
  • Any other violation of contractual clauses.

If we issue a refund, we do so only on special consideration against Cerno Immigration’s terms & conditions. Refund applications will be processed within 90 working days at the sole discretion of Cerno Immigration’s legal team.
